We are excited to announce a new tenant portal for our tenants with Buildium.com. This portal has lots of great features including requesting maintenance requests, sending messages quickly to the property manager, and making online payments with your banking information.

This is the new preferred way to make your rent payments, if we have your email on file, you should have received an email already to sign up.  

*A great feature of the resident portal website is that it does give you an option to pay for a subscription of $4.99 that will report your rent payments to the credit bureau, a great way to boost your credit for paying rent on time! (This feature is only on the web version of resident portal and not the app version.)
